Chris Markman is the manager for Digital Services at Palo Alto City Library and has been a key player in their award-winning technology team since 2017. He has over 20 years of experience in the field and has published and presented extensively on topics like cybersecurity, digital literacy, and emerging tech. He holds an MSIT degree from Clark University and an MLIS from Simmons University.
